Having access to the CNC Machining Centres allows Schneider Prototyping to produce small and medium size batches of complex components. Our state of the art 4 axis high speed machining centre combines this with Work NC software we are able to CNC machine direct from IGS or STL data. With spindle speeds up to 40,000 RPM we can machine plastics and soft alloys with cutters from 0.5mm to 10mm. The portal design offers a maximum machining area of approximately 600mm x 500 mm.

We have experience and ability to produce complex parts in various materials, including steel, aluminium and plastics.

Using our modern CNC machines we can machine your prototype or small series up to 1500 x 750 x 300 mm.

We are operating CAD/CAM, which enables us to produce complex parts with high quality and precision.
