We are able to produce demanding metal prototypes on the basis of CAD data in Low Volume Production quantities.
This allows our customers to examine and test parts in the early developmental stages and thus discover and rectify any flaws. This process does not require the high investment necessary when producing a series. We also offer parts according to your specifications that can be used immediately. This technique allows our customers to save money as well as valuable time!
Depending on the desired material, wall thickness and surface character we use gypsum casting, sand casting or Solicast® to produce the metal prototype. The prototypes can be produced in steel, aluminium, magnesium and zinc.
Depending on the complexity of the prototype we are able to produce functional prototypes within 1 – 5 weeks. These parts can be finished, milled, measured and pressure tested upon request
