Using the sand casting process prototypes with a wall thickness greater than 2mm can be cast up to a size of 2000 x 1500 x 300 mm and a weight of 50 kg. These pieces have tolerances in accordance with GTA 16/5 DIN 1688. We cast your production alloy in aluminum and magnesium.

Sand casting uses SLA rapid prototypes or metal masters for tooling.
